These terms supplement, and do not replace, the RapidAPI Terms of Service that govern billing, authentication, and platform access.

1. Acceptable Use

Use SiteIntel only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to harass, profile, or collect data on individuals without consent, or to send unsolicited communications.

2. Your Responsibility for Submitted URLs

You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit. You represent that you have the right to access, analyze, and screenshot each target, and that your use complies with all applicable laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and the CFAA) and the target site's terms of service and robots directives. SiteIntel does not verify ownership of submitted URLs.

3. Rate Limits

Respect the limits of your subscribed plan. Abuse or circumvention of rate limits may result in immediate suspension.

4. No Reselling

You may not resell, sublicense, or repackage SiteIntel responses as a standalone data product without written permission.

5. Data

We do not store submitted URLs beyond what is necessary to fulfill your request, and we do not sell your usage data to third parties.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

SiteIntel is provided "as-is," without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the API will not exceed the fees you paid for it in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiteIntel against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the API or the URLs and data you submit or process.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms or abusive usage.

10. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
